Check-in and Check-out
To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests and to keep every room in the best condition, we have set the following timings for our guests:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Comfort & Convenience
- Iron & Iron Board – Available upon request
- Housekeeping Service – Available for extended stays upon request
Library Access
The library is available upon request and is subject to availability, as the space is shared with the lounge. An access fee applies.
Outdoor Cinema
Our outdoor cinema is available upon request and will be specially set up according to the guest’s preferred requirements. Additional charges may apply
Dining
Cooking is not permitted within the resort. Our buffet-style dining service is available, with the menu provided upon request during booking. Guests are kindly requested to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance.
Quiet Hours
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat, guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours during designated times.
Weather & Outdoor Activities
Outdoor experiences and facilities may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled due to weather conditions to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
Special Requests
We encourage guests to communicate any special arrangements, dietary requirements, celebrations, or activity requests during booking so that we may prepare the experience accordingly.
